Academy School District 20

The Academy School District 20 is a school district in El Paso County in Colorado. It serves most of Colorado Springs. The headquarters for the administration is located at 1110 Chapel Hill's Drive in Colorado Springs. Academy School District 20 has over 1,300 employees, and some of the employment opportunities include school security officers, special education behavior tutors, administration center teachers, clerks, facilities management, special ed resource paraprofessional, and various other teaching and support positions.

Academy School District 20 grew from the school houses that started in the late 19th century which then expanded into state run organizations. The current superintendent of ASD 20 is Mark Hatchell and they had an enrollment of 22,460 students as of the fall 2009 school year.
