KeyBank is the main subsidiary of KeyCorp and a regional bank that has its headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. It is the only major bank to be based in the city and it is one of the largest banks in the United States. KeyBank's customers include a large number of personal consumer banking clients, but they also include plenty of business, corporate, and investment clients. They have over 1100 bank branches across the United States with offices in 39 states, and over 1500 ATMs. They're ranked 412th on the Fortune 500 list as of 2018. The parent company of KeyBank is KeyCorp, which was formed in 1994 when the Society Corporation of Cleveland and KeyCorp of Albany, New York merged. This merger made KeyBank the tenth largest US bank. KeyBank provides banking services which include consumer banking, investment banking, commercial accounts, loans, and mortgages. They have an extremely large customer base that spans retail businesses, corporate clients, investors and many more across over 1100 bank branches in states like Alaska, Colorado, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Illinois, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, and more, with a total of 39 states served.
