TEKsystems

TEKSystems is a technologies company that is trying to change and help organizations by bringing fresh ideas and improving their performance. Their goal is to help companies refine their strategy, create new energy, and shape the future. The number of employees that they have is unknown, but there is no doubt that they are skilled experts at what they do because of the caliber of companies that they currently work with. They are one of these subsidiaries of a company called Allegis Group; other subsidiaries include Aston Carter, Aerotek, Major, Lindsay and Africa, Allegis partners, the Stanford group, and Allegis global solutions.

The Allegis group is an international talent management company with its headquarters in Hanover, Maryland. They were originally founded as Aerotek in 1983, with the current CEO Jim C. Davis actually founding the company along with the owner of the Baltimore Ravens Steve Bisciotti. These two entrepreneurs created a company that offered consulting services with the plan to meet client needs no matter how difficult they were to meet. Within the first year, Aerotech had already earned over $1 million in revenue and throughout the rest of the 1980s, they developed several subsidiaries that expanded their company far beyond Aeronautics and engineering. Much of that expansion was into IT markets including infrastructure, applications and communications. Today, TEKSystems is a flagship company of the Allegis group.

Although TEKSystems is based in the United States, they do have clients all over the world. They are also a privately held company with no requirement to publish their earnings, and there is no information about how many employees or how much revenue TEKSystems has. However, it is estimated that the parent company, Allegis Group Incorporated, has revenue of over $12.3 billion and 15,000 employees as of 2017.
