The company has a number of divisions in which they provide services, including commercial, communications, life sciences, healthcare, retail, transportation, financial services, public sector services, government, and Unisys federal.

The company is found around the world with many locations in the United States including Reston, Virginia; Salt Lake City, Utah; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Sydney, Australia; Auckland, New Zealand; Milton Keynes, United Kingdom; and more. They are a publicly traded company with reported revenue of $2.79 billion in the 2017 fiscal year with reported revenue per share of $55 and quarterly revenue growth of under a single percentage point.
